With the past few episodes being downers, I figured I should turn it around and talk about the ways we can take care of ourselves. Yes, it’s a little do as I say, not as I do, but I’m trying to take my own advice. I’m going to work on myself and work on being a happier, better person. So we go down the rabbit hole of what we can do to better our lives and keep us healthy in the head based on some websites who might have at least, an answer or two.
