The state House resumes debate this morning on a bill to significantly expand gaming as lawmakers look for ways to fill a $2.2 billion revenue gap in the budget. As KDKA's Tony Romeo reports, the bill was fast-tracked through the Senate last night but the House adjourned without taking a vote.
