Online Persona vs Real Life - we've all seen the Online vs Reality memes haven't we, or the body positive Online vs Instagram posts.

I think this online persona is actually a serious thing, it's almost like we're a society of illusionists or it's one big episode of cat fish. We can create an image and a lifestyle of someone that is so far away from reality we may as well write a novel!

I have been very guilty of this, I've created an online image of someone who is confident, successful, motivation and hungry when actually in reality at the time I was the opposite to all of those things. 

In this podcast I wanted to share the reasons why I do the opposite now, why I live a very open book lifestyle and I strive daily to be 100% me, 100% of the time.
