-Explore: Find a couple choice places around your area to train your puppy.

-What to expect from others and your puppy when having someone else watch your puppy.

-Making situational distractions. You choose so you can better ramp up. 

-Champion owners look to make their life harder temporally so their next decade plus is so much easier. 

-Don’t get to formal when your puppy sees a high-level distraction while walking.  Definitely don’t do stays…motion is lotion!!  Use what you’ve been doing with food/play training and tap into it when your puppy is getting caught up on distractions.

- While working a dog in the pocket: At this stage of the game it is better for more flow-based training and rewards to come for simple sit stays until that dog is far enough away.

-This takes time and dedication. I look for little progressions.  You must keep at this.  This is where a lot of people stop putting in the work because the instant gratification goes.  If you are astute you will see a bunch of micro progressions and you won’t be like “awe fiddle sticks it’s not working☹”
