This is so far my the most energetic podcast of 2019. I interviewed Lara Morgan last year, and her motto is ‘only actions count’ - I love jumping into these ‘cold’ conversation and see how those go. And this one was just purely amazing.    At the end of the podcast I found out that Lara had actually written a book about her experience, something that I hadn’t been aware of. I now have a copy (thank you again) and her story of building a multi million business from scratch with hard work is utterly mind bobbling. For her success is all about choice and making money to create choice, wanting to be an example for her children.   As a sales and negotiation expert, she has a ton of drive to succeed. She lives by her high standards in business and private life, being very disciplined and an early riser, prioritising things recklessly. Her ambition is to live to 120 years of age, but she couldn’t master that or her ‘work-life-challenge’ without staying fit and having a supporting husband; plus she emphasises the need for a strong mind.    "Be more self-disciplined" is her advice at the end.
