The only Black woman on the North Carolina Supreme Court, Anita Earls, says she is being targeted for criticizing the court's lack of diversity.  She's filed a lawsuit saying the investigation is to silence her. The NAACP and Advancement Project are among some leaders showing her support.  Judith Browne Dianis, Executive Director of Advancement Project, is here to explain why this sister is being targeted. 

It's being called one of the largest retail takeovers in history.  We'll break down the Kroger-Albertsons merger.
