A scientist by day and a DJ by night, Polish-born and Edinburgh-based ona:v began DJing in Edinburgh clubs in 2019. With distinctive taste for fast-paced and energetic tracks, she packs her DJ mixes with high-energy electro and techno. She is an advocate for female representation in the electronic music industry and believes the best way to increase the proportion of women in the electronic music world is platforming. Her mixes always feature tracks by amazing female producers. To further promote women DJs, She founded EPiKA with https://soundcloud.com/ktk_dj . The aim of EPiKA is to promote women playing heavier flavors of electronic music through organising a series of female-led nights in Edinburgh and to create a welcoming and supportive environment for beginner female DJs.
