An active and forward-thinking member of the underground techno & club music community in the midwest for 11 years strong, Steven Hoffman (aka Steve Noah) has spent a decade sewing his roots in his home court of Chicago. He co-runs A&R for a label called Issa Party which specializes in techno, house, acid, breakbeat, juke, and club tracks that are laser focused towards the discerning dancefloor and is also the co-founder of underground events outfit Night Logistics. He strives to continually support and preserve the midwest's legendary music history that raised him while elevating its raw underground culture and spirit that continues to keep him inspired daily.
