"Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that." These are the words I end this episode with. Although, I use it in a way you might not expect. my brain is unique, but you'll understand once you listen. Hate can never inspire true lasting change, only love can do that, especially when it comes to your body and taking care of the temple that your body is. Also, side note, thank you to my wonderful friends who unknowingly encouraged me to start back up. Not tomorrow, not  a week from today, but today. love you in a way no one can describe, k bye!
