Welcome to Episode 2 of our new series, "Only Projects". In this episode we chat with Chris Sinclair about Customer Experience and how it's important for projects. We learn that it's all about experiences, different approaches for understanding your customer journeys and that its not just external clients that projects should be mindful about.

Chris also plays an important role the Aus DeFi Association in that he has been integral with gettin our audio visual setup for meetups, events and podcasts. He's also a member of the venture studio, NotCentralised which we heard about in Episode 1 and this time the tables are reversed with Mark from that team taking on interviewer duties.
