Welcome back to another week of “This One Thing". In today’s episode, Kerri Kenyon Dern and Crystal Wright continue for a second week in the book of Galatians, diving deeper into Paul’s teaching on choosing Jesus over the Old Testament law. In Galatians 2:21 he writes, “I do not set aside the grace of God, for if righteousness could be gained through the law, Christ died for nothing!”

As believers, we are called to be uncompromising in the message that Christ’s death and resurrection alone have the power to bring us salvation. As Paul passionately reminds us, to add or subtract anything from this grace we’ve received is to set aside and betray the sacrifice of Jesus. Kerri and Crystal invite you to join them in letting go of the things in our lives that we use as replacements for the forgiveness and acceptance that can only be found in Jesus. We pray that in the coming year we will hold fast to the grace we have been given, living in the freedom and forgiveness found only through the cross of Christ!
