your emotions, thoughts, and feelings are literal temperatures. you are your own climate change which impacts your overall health and your overall life and even beliefs. internal and external temperatures impact your life or your survival. feeling pretty in yourself and of yourself. the most important person to believe and know you are beautiful inside and out is yourself. follow and let your emotions and feelings go through other wise it gets trapped in your mind, brain, and body and causes you to be sick and have issues in anything of your life.
PTSD is stress in the mind, brain, and body from trauma. everyone does face trauma in their lives but not everyone gets PTSD.
meditating is the mind and i also perceive and believe our minds are our spirits/aura that does or is our literal surroundings/environment/climate. your value is much higher even if you don’t believe it. the stuff you see and the stuff you hear is what you attract and apart of you which ties to realizing you can have better or what is actually worth your time. what do you want and what is your focus. meditating there’s some woo 4 you lol.
