Today we are sitting down with Lanz Correia, founder of the Correia Group with Coldwell Banker West. Lanz and I recall a deal that came into floor time back when we were at Sotheby’s in 2017 and he STILL has this listing today! But what his photographer recently caught on camera at this particular listing will give you goose bumps!
