Ontario voted for its mayors and city councillors on Monday and turnout was real low, despite it being a rather momentous election(s). Strong mayors are now a thing in Toronto and Ottawa. Municipal politics expert Brian Kelcey joins us to break down how those powers will change municipal and provincial politics before quickly recapping some of the key races.
