- Expecting good results from Q3

-Q4- is coming up and this is often where Hirschbach shines.

-Freight is ok. We have seen better, and we have seen worse. Core protein out of the Midwest is strong. Ham business is increasing.

-Additional market areas are increasing

-AWG St. Cloud and Lactalis are 2 new accounts on the Dedicated/Spot side

-Lots of upcoming meetings and proactive meetings upcoming to generate and maintain business with our customers

Equipment updates

- supply chain issues seem to be improving and we are continuing to receive new equipment. Almost all Kenworth’s are out other than those that drivers are purchasing

- OTR 1200 trucks

- Dedicated 800-825 trucks

- Spot 100-125 trucks

Safety/ Cargo Safety

- We have had a couple of trailer fires

- Please make sure and do a proper pre-trip each and every time

- CSA scores and HOS continue to be a challenge for us

- Listen to your body from a health standpoint- if something feels off, or not right- please pull over

Our profits are such that we are on track currently to $2,000 per person in the AITW profit sharing
