Chapter Nine Living wisely requires alertness and prayerful dependence on God.   II. Chapter Ten God is faithful and gives His people power to accomplish His purposes.   III. Chapter Eleven God grows HIs people as they share His victories.   IV. Chapter Twelve Praise God for His faithfulness.
