On this episode, Jennifer interviews a person who puts the “D” in Diosa, which stands for Goddess, Christine Gutierrez

Christine is a Latina licensed psychotherapist, life coach, and expert in love addiction, trauma, abuse and self-esteem. She is the author of the book "I Am Diosa: A Journey to Healing Deep, Loving Yourself, and Coming Back Home to Soul" and founder of Diosahood, a global community where like-hearted women gather to heal, inspire one another, and collaborate. 

Christine openly shares her story starting with childhood that was filled with love and abuse, the ways she recognized her patterns and behaviors were taking her away from her true and higher self and the new paths she took to heal and love all the parts of herself and in turn, create communities for women of color to heal, grow, and love themselves back to their wholeness.
