This episode came from a full, flowing Sunday where I moved from serving at a spiritual expo into stepping into something unexpected—an open mic. I talk about the inner battle between my intuitive pull to go up and share, and the mental noise trying to hold me back. In the end, I chose to trust myself, speak from the heart, and even sing—something I had only imagined before. This experience reminded me that when I follow through on what I feel called to do, I open the door to growth, fulfillment, and real expression. It’s about giving myself permission to live, to trust, and to show up fully.
