Apparently, Phil was out of town for several days with Chris and Ronnie having no idea. No worries, Phil goes after them as you would expect. Council limits on how citizens can make public comments, the trio looks at the most expensive places to live and we look back at some of our favorite restaurants growing up. Some are even still around.
