The Open Source Ecosystem Enabler (OSEE) initiative, led by ITU and UNDP with support from the European Commission, empowers governments and local ecosystems to harness open source for digital public goods and infrastructures. With pilot deployments in Kenya and Trinidad & Tobago, and a growing affiliate network spanning 25 countries, OSEE is creating the first international network of Open Source Program Offices (OSPOs).
