Intel is beginning to use ASML’s High Numerical Aperture (High NA) extreme ultraviolet lithography machines to manufacture select layers of its upcoming Panther Lake laptop processors. The technology, first tested in Oregon in 2024, gives Intel practical experience with next-generation chip manufacturing while refining its 18A process. Beginning July 22, Google will launch its new Play Catalog Access Program, replacing its previous Registered App Stores initiative.
