I believe now is the perfect time to start documenting how it all came together through the stories of those who lived it because I fear the industry is forever changed. Due to Covid-19, our industry has suffered a blow. The fine details in customer service and guest experience has shifted to concerns of the safety of the guests and employees. We can no longer do the job the way it's been traditionally done for years and we may never get to do it the same again.
