With over 25 years of experience in the music industry, Oakland Faders and 45 Sessions founder DJ Platurn is a certified Bay Area legend. He’s shared the stage with a “Who’s who?” list of names in the music industry and production work includes producing music for filmmakers and award-winning documentarians. In addition to running Motown on Mondays Oakland, Platurn serves as the talent booker for Hello Stranger, one of Oakland’s premier nightlife venues.
