I decided to open the way to the undercity of Phak-Rur. The switch to open it involves climbing up a 600 foot stone collumn far out to sea then climbing down a thousand feet inside it, defeating a deadly guardian and then climbing back again.

It almost like someone wants the undercity to stay seals and there are things down there and should stay down there.

Guess I have to deal with whatever monsters are down there pretty sharpish before then get out and kill everybody.
