Last month the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) announced a new piloot program that will allow homebuyers to see all registered offers in real time on realtor.ca. Seen as an alternative to the current blind bidding process in place and run by an Australian property tech company, Openn (with 2 n’s) Negotiation, details were scarce on the particulars.
