The Docker is running on a Synology drive. Kurento is the actual SFU the OpenVidu Mediaserver uses. There is a bunch of more servers included in the docker image. It uses coturn, nginex, gstreamer, etc.
There is is a bit of delay, but it might be due to several WiFi hubs and only using TCP instead of UDP.
