What if the power you’re waiting for is already within you? Apostle challenges believers to recognise and operate in the power of the Holy Ghost. He underscores Colossians 2:9, affirming that in Christ, the fullness of the Godhead dwells bodily—and that same fullness has been given to believers through the indwelling Holy Spirit. Drawing on Ephesians 1:3, Apostle warns that the primary barrier to manifestation is not lack of power, but ignorance. Apostle Williams further explores the role of the Holy Spirit as the Spirit of Truth and Guide (John 16:12–13), urging believers to become attuned to His voice—often revealed through inner promptings and spiritual insight. He announces practical changes in the church to better steward time for worship and fellowship, including the introduction of printed bulletins and simplified offerings. Most significantly, he reintroduces hourly prayer, inviting every member to commit to one hour of unified intercession.
