In this episode, I do a reflection of a document I read on the overview of operations management and how I think it applies to media, in specific, my field which is animation. This should be transferable to some degree, to all media based businesses, but feel free to leave a comment to let me know your thoughts. My hope is that together we can build a body of learning that can help future generations in the field of media management, especially in the Caribbean, where there is very little research.
