Colossians 2:12, "Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead."

It is through faith in the operation of God that we experience the Lord Jesus and his burial and resurrection. All of this is God's work for us and in us as well. What is our part? Our part is to believe and have faith.

Jesus said that the work of God for us is to believe in him. John 6:29.

Father God, I am thankful that you have done all of the work for me. The Lord Jesus accomplished your will through his death, burial, and resurrection. My part is to simply believe and receive what you have already done for me. You have provided forgiveness, redemption, salvation, eternal life, and every spiritual blessing in the heavens through your son Jesus Christ. Thank you, Lord Jesus, for coming into my heart, for being my Lord and my Savior. Amen.
