In this episode Oscar and I discuss Operation Wetback, known as the largest deportation of Mexicans in the history of the US. In addition to talking about this removal, they discuss other deportations that took place before and after this one. They also discuss some of the reasons why the US has these mass deportations - what was happening historically, politically, and of course, economically that spurred on the deportation.
