This episode has a bunch of thoughts about thoughts and opinions about opinions.    Essentially, opinions don't matter whether good or bad.  Opinions don't add value to your life, seek things that allow you to create your soul truth to live your life elevating love for self.  Seek things that give your heart a foundation and provides your soul structure, thus it will grow your soul.
