Our ability to listen, feel and respond dwindles as we cut ourselves off from differing opinions and ideas. 

 

Opinions are judgement without fact. Confirmation bias can leave us entrenched in what we think we already know. Push yourself to seek to understand the opinions and ideas of others to strengthen your own.
