The Premier says ride sharing legislation will be introduced to parliament next week and will be passed by the end of the month.  Is it time to get excited about ride-sharing in Vancouver? Or will this legislation make ridesharing something BCer’s do not want. Consumer Choice Centre’s North American Affairs Manager David Clement says a ride-sharing legalization bill being introduced before the end of November is a win for BC.  He joined the show to talk about ride-sharing and why he thinks it’s taking so long to introduce.
