In this message, Bishop Malcolm speaks about opportunities and outcomes. According to Bishop Malcolm, leadership is the difference between an opportunity and an outcome. Opportunities do not always deliver a positive outcome. However, when an opportunity delivers a positive outcome, it is usually because a leader took control of it and began to lead the process in the right direction. Bishop  Malcolm also went on to say, whenever we ask God for an outcome, he will always give us an opportunity.
