Every decision we make costs us a different decision that we could be making. Thinking of things in terms of opportunity cost can be helpful for acting in alignment with our values and our goals.

Matthew McConnaughey has a great framework for these decisions called "a quick no, and a long yes" that has served him well. This week, we discuss this framework as well as a related framework on increasing our "luck surface area."
