Donald is having a hard time finding a good staff at the club. Jay is eventually hired in to be the clubs bouncer but that starts to look like a mistake before he even starts his new job. Also, Unnecessarily Terry reveals that they have to also hire a new staff member to get more reporting done for the Akron area. But the type of reporting this job ensues is not something the guys feel comfortable with.
