Here we are, Q4... 

The big question I start asking myself as we get into Q4 is one that I hope you've been delivering on all year. 

What are you doing to make every company an opportunity to serve at a higher level? 

Here's what I mean: 

If you KNOW you can serve a company, what do you do to find anyone who will listen and help you achieve your goal of getting clients to their desired destination?

Or...

Do you get up after the first person says they're not interested?
