When the Declaration of Independence, The Constitution, or the Bill of Rights are violated it is an unlawful act. The administrative state operates under codes, rules and statutes however, and are committing unlawful acts that are deemed as ok because they follow the rules even though they are unlawful in violating our rights, such as the lawfare that is being used to convict and try to imprison Donald Trump. These codes and statutes were used to apply tyrannical and unlawful rules and regulations to Americans during the last pandemic and now we see bird flu being used to whip up another one just prior to another election. Americans need to recognize these activities for what they are, unlawful.
