Oprah's company Harpo, Inc. filed a trademark infringement lawsuit against the creators of the Oprahdemics podcast. The creators intended to honor the Queen of Talk but found themselves on the receiving end of a lawsuit from Oprah's legal team requesting they rebrand and rename the podcast. Uh O'! Get into the deets and don't make the same mistake - don't try to build on another brand's trademark.
