Bill Morneau has been under the spotlight lately and the lights don’t seem to be dimming.  It was reported this week that Bill Mornau’s father sold 200 thousand shares in the family company just days before tax changes were announced.  Outside the optics of this move, is there any foul play going on inside the finance ministry?
