In this episode, we sat down with Juan (@Juanjosephoto) a local wedding (now moving more towards production work) photographer based here in #austintx.

We reached out to Juan as part of a collaboration effort we’ve been running with our brand, and he quickly accepted and used our studio space to create some incredible content. Juan told us his experiences with photography; such as: What inspired him to start, How he turned it into a career, and Tips for #workflow and being more #efficient.

Juan talks about what it’s like to work with a movie star (Matthew McConnaughey) and what it felt like to perform in that level of professionalism. He also touches on how he worked around COVID-19 and ways he adapted to the situation, and how it was handled in a professional setting.

We also talked about different techniques such as #culling and how he uses an Xbox controller to quicken the process!

It was awesome to hear about Juan’s experiences and how he is adapting to new situations, as well as refining his process.
