Optimism Pessimism And Breaking Bad Habits

Welcome to "The Conscious Flow". During this show we will talk about, "Optimism Pessimism And Breaking Bad Habits". In life we all have positive and negative experiences. But utimately, we have to make our own choices. You can choose to remain stagnant or progress. People who are optimistic mostly see the good things in life. This doesn't necessarily mean they do not see the bad things. It's just they refuse to dwell on them. On the otherhand, the pessimist tends to see the negative aspects in mostly everything. But also this doesn't mean that it's extreme by not seeing anything good at all. Some people might even suggest that pessimist operate through fear of the unknown by always speculating the worse. But, that is not always true either. There has to be some kind of balance in how you view life. Most people fall somewhere in between both pessimism and optimism. Nevertheless, we have some people in this world who fall into only one of those categories. 
You can not be everything to everyone. That's impossible ! Just be yourself because that's what really matters. Also, we are going to talk about breaking bad habits. As I said before, no one is perfecta and we all have our flaws. There are so many bad habits that people should break. Most of these habits were developed throughout childhood and experiences growing up. No bad habit is easy to break because it has become a part of who some people are as a person. Although, the bad habits can be broken, sometimes it takes a while. The bad habits that I will speak on today will mostly focus on the transformation of the mind. Like I always say, if you can change your thinking, you can change anything.
