Marty and Wendy talk with Dr. Karl Williams, the chief Medical Examiner of Allegheny County about the drug problem in the county.  He says that we should be cautiously optimistic because we have the tools to really help people.  We have to get back to service based treatments.  He also says the drugs are constantly changing.
