I used to be pushing and striving for life that we are told the ideal life is 

I was told the hard work will get you anything

I was challenged to let go of control and ask for help

Awareness is the first step to let go of control - we get to look on what and why we are doing it - then we can work through it 

Focus on what you CAN control = your thoughts 

Find more things that bring you more joy 

Why do we need joy? We feel so much pressure to be the best in everything

Her daily rituals are:

Morning routine - 30 minutes a day

Movement

Mindset - book, podcast

Healthy breakfast 

Putting myself first and giving myself some grace when my morning doesn’t happen as I would like to. 

 

Last thing that’s on my heart:

You are not your circumstances.

Jennifer Robertson is a fertility survivor, mentor, and coach.  She supports women through the emotional ups and downs of being on the fertility rollercoaster.  Jennifer is a proud mum of two gorgeous children that were the result of an epic 7-year fertility journey which included IVF, Surrogacy, Miscarriages and a surprise natural pregnancy added for good measure.

She is writing a book on her journey and has created a support group called Your Fertility Haven, designed to provide other women who are having difficulty conceiving a judgment free and supportive space to connect with and learn different ways of elevating through mindset and other techniques.
