Jane Somuah was raised in the suburbs of Miami, Florida as part of a multi-cultural immigrant community and first-generation Americans. A first-generation herself, Jane was born American, to Ghanaian immigrant parents, yet spent her early childhood living in London and frequently visiting family during holiday breaks later in life.
With her 10-year anniversary of moving to NYC on the horizon, Jane, a management consultant advising mergers & acquisitions is thinking about what the next chapter of her life will look like and whether she will make the move to her second home city: London to experience, celebrate and indulge in her unique identity amongst the well-established first-generation Ghanaian community in the UK.
