Thomas's main role is to oversee the diversity recruiting strategy within College Recruiting. Where Sophie has been working in college recruiting since graduating college in 2014. She loves working with entry level talent to help them find the right opportunity. She came to Oracle a year and a half ago to deep dive into the tech world and loves the innovation and ever changing environment it provides.
