Bill Adams of Historic Property Associates came to a meeting of the Winter Park Historical Association to talk about historic preservation in Winter Park. He talked about the advantages of being on the National Register of Historic Places, spoke on Florida's constitutional amendment regarding taxes on historic buildings, and discussed the challenges of documenting and developing larger cities. He also mentioned some existing historical preservation campaigns and historical documents.
