Social media can really wreak havoc on our minds.  For me, it was no different.  I bought into the life I "thought" I was supposed to have.  It had a slow burn on my life until I was completely consumed. What's interesting is when you hit the bottom of the barrel you expect no one there to relate, but that is where I found my biggest supporters...they all happened to be wearing orange jumpsuits.  Come and listen as I process through one of the hardest periods of my life.
