Naho and Souah finally sit down and talk about their letters seeing if there were any differences (There weren't) for the most part the letters both said the same thing.  The gang Is going to throw Kakeru and birthday party, they all pester him about what he would like for his birthday! Ueada makes an appearence in this episode (Gross). We learn that Kakeru tried to attempt the big (S) right here, So the gang must do what they can in order to not have him hangout with his Tokyo friends.  Finally some light is shead on the what Kakerus big regret is (it was letting down his mom) Pretty much the reason why his mom is no longer there with him anymore.  Then at the very end we see Naho, Souah, and Kakeru have this major moment, Naho finally admits to Kakeru that she loves him to his face in an attempt to try and make him feel slightly better and also to finally just tell him the truth.
