In First Corinthians 11 the subject of head coverings comes up. There were some women in the church at Corinth who chose not to wear head coverings and this caused quite a stir. In that culture it was a sign she was not following the leadership of her husband. Here we are centuries later and obviously that’s no longer a cultural norm. So do we toss this passage out thinking it no longer applies? Actually pastor John Randall says here on a Daily Walk that it has something very important to say to us.
